Czech Post will deliver your parcel within 72 hours throughout the Czech Republic, you will be informed by SMS on the day of delivery. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with the package number and delivery date.

During delivery, you can change the date and method of delivery via  www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice, where after entering the shipment number and contact phone number, you can change the disposition of your shipment.

The form offers you: the option of delivering the parcel by morning delivery, storing it at the post office without attempting delivery, storing it at another storage post office, or postponing the first delivery attempt by one working day.

The company DPD will deliver your parcel to Slovakia within 48 hours (when ordering before 5:30 p.m.) or within 72 hours (order after 5:30 p.m.). On the morning of the delivery day, you will be sent an email or SMS with the exact delivery time.

With DPD, it is then possible to use the services on the www.chcisvujbalik.cz portal.

In the event of the first unsuccessful delivery of the parcel, DPD will make another delivery attempt. In addition, you will be sent an e-mail or SMS with a link that will guide you to the application, where you will be able to choose from other delivery methods (e.g. choosing the day for the next delivery, delivery to another address, picking up the shipment at the depot and others) .
