1. Card - the fastest route to dispatch
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider; you enter your card details directly on the secure payment gateway and we never see or store them. Every payment is protected by 3-D Secure verification with your bank. If you return goods, we refund the money to the same card.
2. Apple Pay and Google Pay
On your phone or in a supported browser, you pay with a single confirmation, without typing in your card number. The payment runs through Stripe with the same security as a card payment.
3. Klarna - pay now, or in 3 interest-free instalments
With Klarna you can pay the full amount straight away or split it into 3 equal instalments: you pay the first when you order, and Klarna collects the other two automatically every 30 days. As long as you pay on time, there is no interest and no fees. The service is provided by Klarna Bank AB under its own terms, is available to consumers aged 18 or over, and approval is at Klarna’s discretion. You pay the instalments to Klarna, but as far as we are concerned the order is paid immediately and we dispatch it just as quickly as a card payment.
4. Bank transfer
Once you complete your order, we show you the payment details and a QR code and send them to you by email. We dispatch once the payment is credited; we see an instant payment within seconds, a standard transfer usually the next working day. Please send the payment within 5 working days; otherwise we’ll send you a reminder and may cancel the order.

5. Cash on delivery
You can pay on receipt when your order is delivered by a PPL courier or by Czech Post (Balíkovna home delivery); the cash-on-delivery fee is CZK 49. You can pay the PPL courier in cash or by card. Parcels to pick-up points and parcel lockers are sent only once they have been paid for.
6. Cryptocurrency - you pay us directly
We accept Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning Network), Litecoin, Monero and USDT on the Ethereum network. Payments are processed by our own BTCPay Server, with no exchange or intermediary: the funds go straight to our wallet and we see nothing more than the transaction.
How it works: once you complete your order, a payment page opens with a QR code and the amount in the chosen cryptocurrency, converted from the CZK price at the current exchange rate. The rate is valid for 15 minutes. The network fee is paid by the payer; Lightning is usually free and confirmed instantly, while on-chain payments wait for network confirmation. A blockchain payment is irreversible, so please double-check the amount and the address. If you send the payment late or for a different amount, let us know: we refund any overpayment and ask you to settle any shortfall.
Refunds (withdrawal from the contract, complaints, overpayments) are always made in CZK by bank transfer, in the amount of the CZK price you paid; we do not take cryptocurrency exchange-rate movements into account.
Payment security
Our website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are processed by Stripe, which holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification; we have no access to your card details. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a server under our own control. We will never ask you for your card details by email or phone.
Invoice
We send your invoice by email together with the dispatch notification; it also serves as proof of purchase if you need to make a complaint. We are not registered for VAT, so our prices are final and we do not charge VAT. If you are buying for a company, enter your company ID number (IČO) at the checkout and the invoice will be issued with your company details.

Payment FAQ
Is it safe to pay by card on your website?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the largest payment providers in the world, and protected by 3-D Secure verification with your bank. Your card details never pass through our website and are never stored with us.
Are there any fees for payment?
No. The only fee is CZK 49 for cash on delivery; every other payment method is free of charge.
How does Klarna Pay in 3 work?
You pay a third of the price when you order, and Klarna collects the other two thirds automatically after 30 and 60 days. No interest and no fees, as long as you pay on time. Klarna decides on approval during checkout; you need to be 18 or over.
How soon after I pay do you dispatch my order?
Within 2 working days of the payment being credited. We see an instant payment from your bank within seconds; a standard transfer usually the next working day. Paying by card or Apple/Google Pay is fastest, because we start preparing your order for dispatch straight away.
Can I change the payment method after placing my order?
Yes, as long as we haven’t dispatched the order. Email your order number and the payment method you’d like to info@petiteprovence.cz.
Can I pay cash on delivery at a parcel locker?
No, lockers can’t take cash on delivery. You can choose cash on delivery only with the PPL courier or Balíkovna home delivery; for lockers, pay in advance.
Where do I find the bank transfer details?
They appear as soon as you complete your order, and we email them to you together with a QR code. The account number 2202217119/2010 is also shown here on this page; always compare it with the one in the email.
How do you refund a payment made in cryptocurrency?
In CZK, to your bank account, in the amount of the CZK price you paid. The cryptocurrency exchange rate between purchase and refund makes no difference.
Who processes cryptocurrency payments?
You pay us directly, to our own BTCPay Server, with no exchange and no intermediary. Lightning payments are confirmed within seconds and are usually free of charge.
Will I receive an invoice?
