When the goods are delivered to the address, we send the invoice/tax document automatically to the e-mail immediately after the confirmation of the delivery of the goods from the transport company.

Cash on delivery is the easiest and fastest way to pay for goods. Depending on the delivery method, you can choose between paying in cash or paying by credit card. Payment by cash on delivery is charged in the amount of CZK 39. You can save by using prepayment, because it is free.

A convenient and safe method of non-cash payment is the use of MasterCard and VISA payment cards. This payment method is free.

To verify the cardholder with the issuing bank directly during the transaction, we use the 3-D Secure security protocol supported by card associations. This solution reduces the risk of claims of a payment transaction by the user.

All payment data is transmitted through a secure path and we as a merchant do not have access to it or store it anywhere.

When picking up goods in person, you must present proof of identity (identity card, passport).

If you choose to pay by classic bank transfer, we will automatically send you payment details to your e-mail. After the payment has been credited to our account, you will receive a tax receipt on the same email. This payment method is free.

When paying by transfer in advance:

• the delivery date may be affected by the payment date (we ship the goods only after the payment has been credited to our account)
• the amount must be credited to our account no later than five working days after order confirmation, otherwise it may be considered canceled
• when picking up the goods in person, it is necessary to present proof of identity (identity card, passport)
